Comprehensive photo editing tool to create and order printings online

Lab Link Plus is a free and comprehensive photo editing tool that LustreColor offers to all those amateur and professional photographers who wish to order prints of their digital photographs through their service. Lab Link Plus allows you also to edit and add various enhancing effects to your photographs without changing their original quality.

The program’s interface is not extremely friendly, and some of the editing functionality provided has been put there thinking of the professional photographer mainly. The layout of the main interface seems to lack a bit of structure, which results in a somehow complicated organization of the extensive functionality available. In order to attract less knowledgeable users, Lab Link Plus comes with various documents in PDF format to help you create your own templates or select the right printing options, together with a general user’s guide and a series of other training and support tutorials.

The templates menu is certainly impressive – you will find more than twenty main categories, each of them with a variable number of subcategories. There are templates for standard prints, photo albums, mouse pads, mugs, business cards, album jackets, greeting cards, postcards, and many more. As a bonus, you are offered the possibility of creating a slide show of your photographs and order a copy of it on DVD. The program will let you customize your slide show in many ways, including the size of the images to be included in it, or the soundtrack you want to listen to during playback (you can use any of the music files stored in your system). The program allows you to preview your slide show before going to the order page.
